Axion Engineering LLC was founded in late 2025 to provide independent, specialized process and equipment engineering for biotech and pharmaceutical companies at critical points of growth.

With more than a decade of experience in biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing, we bring deep expertise in process and equipment engineering for pilot plants, commercial facilities, CDMOs, and downstream and fill-finish systems.

Axion exists to bridge the gap when companies are expanding but face a shortage of skilled, experienced engineers — or when internal teams are stretched thin. By operating independently, we can adapt to the specific needs of each project, whether it’s designing new systems, optimizing existing equipment, or providing staff augmentation to accelerate timelines.

Our role is simple: deliver practical, precise engineering solutions that help companies scale therapies efficiently and reliably. We combine technical depth with flexibility, ensuring that every project moves forward with clarity and confidence.
